Winemaking

The Sauvignon Blanc and Grenache grapes are picked at the coolest time of the day so that they maintain their freshness. They come from the finest vineyards of France. The grapes are pressed after a short skin maceration. After 24 hours the clear juice is racked off. The wine is not aged in oak.

Tasting Notes

The nose has aromas of exotic fruits and white flowers and the palate is fresh, lively and balanced. It will keep for a couple of years but is best enjoyed the year after harvest when its ripe, exotic fruit aromas are still fresh and vivid. This easy drinking, harmonius wine can be enjoyed on its own, with seafood, fish or white meat.
